De La Flor Boutique was inspired by our three Beautiful girls Flor, Camila and Karina. From Grandma crafting their bows to mom putting together identical outfits. We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
-Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All orders are processed within 1-2Â business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
